    Hi David,

I found your website and YouTube videos through your posts on NMP, and I just wanted to tell you that I think you are doing a great thing here!

As a fellow sufferer of Health Anxiety, all of the things you discuss in your videos and post on your website really ring true to my ears.

Keep doing what you’re doing! I am certain your knowledge of this, oftentimes debilitating, condition can and will truly help many people!

    Kindest regards!

Brilliant idea David! Finally people are starting to recognise that health anxiety is a real and very scary thing to experience!

I’ve been getting pins and needles down one side of my face when I’m stressed (even when I don’t feel THAT stressed and anxious) for the last 3 months. Also sometimes in my left hand. My left side of my face even feels like it’s drooping when it absolutely isn’t either.

    Have you ever experienced this?

Hi Heather! For sure I have had this. It is usually down to not getting enough air. Good old breathing into a paper bag usually helps! I am on skype davidharvey192 if you would like to chat

i suffering badly from anxiety and my biggest fear is dying with what ever i do i think I’m going to die doing it. everybody tells me its just anxiety and yes it may well be and they say everything will get better and there is nothing wrong with you therefore there is no reason for you to die, but that’s not the point anymore nobody knows when there goung to die as its unknown anybody can die at anytime! I’m frightened every second of the day, everyday because i dont no when I’m going to die and tell myself you could die Ina minute! and i have symptoms like dizziness always panicing, heart racing chest pains feeling unwell , feeling of going crazy all the symptoms! I am starting therapy and medication soon and everyone’s saying that they will make it all go away and then everything will be back to normal but how will it that thought of dying and the unknown about it is still going to be there? I’m only 17, 18 in a few days:(
